Your association is glad to offer digital stamps to our Certified Translators wherever you are in the world. The procedure is safe, trustworthy and guarantees to the client, a consulate or the government the stamp is authenticated by your association. Certified Documents can be verified at: .
Step 1: Upload
1. Upload the original. A preview will show on the right of the screen. We support the following formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .docm, .odt, .jpg, .jpeg, .png

Choose stamp first page only or stamp every page.
If you selected stamp every page, you will have to move the stamps to ensure they are not blocking any content on the page.

Confirm you want to stamp this document and choose a name for the stamped package.

Is this secure?
Yes, documents are encrypted in X.509 PDF-A format. Specifically, we use SHA-256 as our digest algorithm and RSA for encryption. If anyone else modifies your document, the stamp will no longer be valid.Do I have to worry about anyone seeing the content of the documents that I'm stamping?
All the stamping of documents is done on your computer. The only thing that is uploaded to our servers is a token that uniquely identifies your document but has no information about the document's content. There is one notable exception which is that documents that are uploaded in a format other than PDF are sent to a third party for conversion. If confidentiality is important to you, you should convert the documents to PDF before applying the digital stamp.Which email address should I sign in with?
You should use the email address which is associated with your membership. The passwords for the digital stamp and your membership are separate. To activate your digital stamp account, go to "RESET PASSWORD".Do associate members have access to the digital stamp?
